45th annual ASECAP Study and Information Days were held in Paris on May 29-31 with the highlight on the manner in which motorway operators prepare their road infrastructures for transport decarbonisation and respond to new mobility challenges.
Taking into consideration the fact that 72% of Europeans travel by car and that 60% of freight is transported with trucks, tolled roads are a key part of the road infrastructure networks and they have an important role in the European mobility.
