The Limited Liability Company “Roads of Serbia” Belgrade, Sector for Toll Collection, makes significant efforts to respond to all suggestions, comments and complaints from citizens in a prompt and efficient manner.

2. COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE FUNCTIONALITY OF TAG DEVICES
Complaints regarding the functionality of TAG devices may be submitted at toll stations and sales points of the Limited Liability Company “Roads of Serbia” Belgrade, as well as at all sales points of authorized distributors. When submitting a complaint regarding the functionality of a TAG device, the user is required to present the device for which the complaint is being filed, in order to verify its functionality.
The warranty period for TAG devices is two (2) years, starting from the date of purchase.
Replacement of the device within the warranty period is possible if:
- The TAG device shows no sign of physical damage
- After inspection by authorized personnel it is determined that the TAG device cannot be read
The form “Complaint regarding TAG device functionality” is obtained and completed at the location where the complaint is submitted.
After processing the complaint, the competent department of the Limited Liability Company “Roads of Serbia” Belgrade will contact the user to inform them of the outcome of the submitted complaint.
3. COMPLAINT REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF TOLL CHARGED VIA TAG DEVICE
If a user has a complaint regarding the amount of toll charged via a TAG device, the complaint shall be submitted using the prescribed form, which may be completed at a toll station, on the premises of the Limited Liability Company “Roads of Serbia” Belgrade, or by downloading the form indicated below:

Note: The deadline for submitting a complaint is 60 (sixty) days. All required information must be entered in the form; otherwise, the request will be rejected as incomplete.
4. APPEAL AGAINST THE RESPONSE TO A COMPLAINT / APPLICATION
If a user wishes to file an appeal against the response to a complaint/application, the appeal shall be submitted using the prescribed form

5. REPORTING A LOST / STOLEN TAG DEVICE
In the event of loss or theft of a TAG device, it is necessary to report the incident by completing the form available here:

A lost or stolen TAG device will be placed on the so-called “Grey List” in order to prevent any further misuse.
* Limited Liability Company “Roads of Serbia” wil place the reported TAG device on the “Grey List” as soon as possible from the moment the user’s request is received.
