Works on the construction of the Kuzmin-Sremska Rača highway section with the bridge over the Sava River are in progress. The route, which is designed as a classic highway profile with two driving lanes and one stopping lane for each direction of travel and a median dividing strip, starts from the Kuzmin underpass, where it intersects with the existing E-70 highway.
On the route designed for a speed of 130 km/h, two uneven intersections are being built, the first Kuzmin 1, as a connection between two highways, Belgrade-Zagreb and Kuzmin-Sremska Rača and the second, the Bosut interchange.
In addition to the bridge over the Sava river near Sremska Rača, the construction of a border crossing is planned.
