ACCEPTING PROOF OF TAX AND FEE PAYMENT
WITHOUT BANK SEAL
As proof of republic administrative taxes and fees payment, the business bank statement of the applicant or the bank’s confirmation letter, without the seal of the bank or the payer, is accepted, in accordance with the Opinion of the Ministry of Finance no. 434-01-7/07-04 as at 25th May, 2009. Namely, after the payment has been performed, the payer is provided with a business bank statement on the day of the transfer of funds or a confirmation letter from the bank on the performed transfer of funds.
In accordance with the opinion of the Ministry of Finance, a bank statement or a confirmation letter on the performed transfer of funds is accepted, without a bank seal.
The bank statement or the confirmation letter from the bank on the performed payment must contain data on the order by which the tax or fee has been paid, the number of the account, the reference number, the amount paid, the purpose of payment and the name of the payee.
