- What is a TAG device?
- A TAG device is an electronic device for toll collection, and any natural or legal person may become the holder of a TAG device by concluding an agreement with “Putevi Srbije” LLC upon payment of the prescribed fee. The TAG device enables automatic communication of the electronic device and the communication system with the roadside antenna installed as part of the toll collection system at entry and exit toll lanes. The Electronic Toll Collection system facilitates smoother traffic flow through toll stations by enabling vehicles to pass without prolonged stopping.

As the transfer of funds may only be processed upon presentation of the original authorisation document, a complaint will not be considered justified if there is no evidence in the postal service’s delivery records that the item was not delivered, as verified by “Putevi Srbije” LLC. For natural persons, the refund may also be processed in person at a “Putevi Srbije” LLC point of sale. By signing a personal declaration and providing the number of their identity card, the user undertakes not to misuse the original authorisation letter should it subsequently be found.
- How can I submit a complaint regarding the amount of toll charges?
- If you are using a TAG device under the Postpaid system and believe that you have been charged an incorrect toll amount, you may submit a complaint electronically via https://This email address is being protected from spambots. - What happens if I lose my ticket?
- Road users who do not use the ETC system pay toll charges manually using a magnetic ticket. If the ticket is lost, damaged or otherwise unavailable when arriving at a toll station, the applicable regulations require the user to pay the toll for the longest possible journey on the motorway section concerned, regardless of the actual entry point onto the motorway, including the costs of the special processing procedure.
- What are the advantages of the T4A TAG compared with the prepaid TAG?
- The T4A POSTPAID TAG is linked to the T4A platform and to a payment card from which toll charges are automatically debited. This means that there is no need to top up the TAG device. Toll charges are charged on the day following passage through the toll station. Through your user account, you have access at any time to a record of all journeys and the toll charges incurred. An additional advantage is that the TAG device can be used for electronic toll collection in all countries participating in the interoperability system, without the need to obtain a separate device for each country.
The toll collection systems in which our TAG device can be used are:
- Serbia
- North Macedonia
- Montenegro
- Republic of Croatia
- Republika Srpska
- How can I protect my TAG device when it is not in use?
- When the TAG device is not in use, or whenever you do not want the toll to be charged via the TAG device for any reason, the TAG device should be protected against unintended reading. If you do not have the protective pouch/sleeve provided when you purchased the TAG device, you can temporarily shield it by wrapping it in aluminium foil. Due to its metallic content, aluminium foil reduces the possibility of the device being read outside its intended use.
- What if there are insufficient funds on my payment card?
- If there are insufficient funds on your payment card when the system attempts to charge the toll, the TAG device will remain inactive for the next 48 hours while repeated attempts are made to collect the outstanding amount. If sufficient funds are still not available after this period, the TAG device will be blocked until the outstanding debt has been settled.
Once sufficient funds are available in your account, you must log in to your user account and pay the outstanding invoice. After the payment has been completed, your TAG device will be reactivated.
- How do I log in to my account?
- Users who purchased a TAG device at a “Putevi Srbije” point of sale or ordered it through the website https://toll4all.com/ or the T4A (Toll4All.com) application can log in to their account directly via the same website or application by entering their email address and password.

Select the desired country, click “Add Card”, and enter your payment card details. Once the card has been successfully registered, your TAG device will be ready for use in the selected country, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
