Prepaid system

Purchase and configuration of TAG devices in the prepaid system is available both to physical and legal entities. Such a manner of electronic toll collection implies the advanced payment of funds, i.e. recharging of TAG devices on authorized distribution points of sale.

Documents required for the purchase and configuration of TAG devices in the prepaid system for personal entities:

• ID card for inspection
• Copy of the vehicle licence for which the TAG device is issued

TAG devices are purchased and recharged at the premises of the PE “Roads of Serbia” and at authorized distributors located on the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Documents required for the purchase and configuration of TAG devices in the prepaid system for legal entities:

• Request (in free form) stating the number of ordered TAG devices and the amount of funds for each individual device
• Identification data: Name of the legal entity, address, company number, account number, etc.
• Decision of the SBRA on the registration in the company register
• Confirmation from the Tax Administration on the performed registration for VAT (PEPDV form)
• Confirmation from the Tax Administration on the performed registration and the Tax Administration Number (REG form)
• Copy of the valid vehicle licence for the vehicles for which the TAG device is issued and activated

After submitting the request, the user states where he/she wants to collect the device, selecting one of the listed premises of the PE “Roads of Serbia”, the applicant receives a pro forma invoice and, after the payment per invoice, the TAG device is collected the following weekday at the premises of the PE ROADS OF SERBIA, at the following points of sale with the displayed working hours: Ustanička 64/5, Belgrade, from 07:00 tо 22:00, weekdays, Saturday and Sunday are non-working days. Kralja Petra Prvog 28а, Novi Sad, from 07:30 to 15:30, weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days. Braće Stanić 45, Čačak, from 07:30 to 15:30, weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days. Bulevar 12.februar, access 4, Niš, from 07:00 to 22:00, weekdays and weekends.

The price of TAG device is RSD 2,022.00 (VAT included), while there is no minimal limit for recharging the funds on the points of sale of the PE “Roads of Serbia” and at the authorized distributors.

NOTE: MINIMAL AMOUNT FOR RECHARGING ON TOLL STATIONS IS RSD 2,000.00. RECHARGING IS DONE ON THE CLEARLY MARKED GATES, WITHOUT ANY RIGHT FOR DISCOUNTS. Stated in the Decision on amending the Decision on the amount of special fee for the use of a public road, its segment and road structure (toll) – Official Gazette No. 93 from 2015.
