Vehicles used for transportation of persons or material goods within national and international humanitarian aid programs are entitled to toll-free motorway use in accordance with Article 199 of the Law on Fees for Use of Public Goods ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 95/2018, 95/2018, 49/2019, 86/2019, 156/2020, 15/2021, 15/2023, 92/2023, and 120/2023).
Organizations that wish to obtain the right to free use of motorways must complete the Request for Toll Exemption for Humanitarian Action, which can be downloaded here:
