The Serbian delegation presented to its Greek colleagues the proposal of a platform for integrated toll collection, all the details and the way it functions, conveying positive experiences with the same system that has been successfully operating with North Macedonia for eight months.

The goal is to establish an integrated toll collection system between Serbia and Greece by the beginning of the summer tourist season, so that drivers can use one TAG to pass through the two countries.

Greece expressed its desire to work with Serbia on the expansion of this system to other European countries as well.

Due to the short deadlines, it was agreed to start immediately with the definition of procedures and the formation of expert teams that will deal with the technical, administrative and legal aspects of the implementation of this system.
