Department for Technical Operations

The Department for Technical Operations is engaged in preparation of program designs related to maintenance of the state roads of I and II category and it monitors their implementation. It cooperates with inspection, local self-government and MIA`s representatives. The Department receives, processes and analyses data from other Departments within the Sector. The reports for internal necessaries and necessaries of the Government and government and public authorities are being prepared within the Department, as well as receiving, analysis, processing and archiving of all requirements related to road maintenance and preservation and addressed by the citizens, associations, ministries and local self-governments. Proposals are being prepared and the Department replies to all received requests.


Division for Road Preservation

Within the Division for Road Preservation the following activities are being performed:

- Issuance of traffic-technical conditions and agreement on construction, i.e. reconstruction of access to the public road;

- Issuance of traffic-technical conditions and agreement on construction, i.e. placement of waterworks, sewers, heating systems, railways and other similar structures, as well as telecommunication and electrical systems, facilities and the like, in the public road protection zone, in accordance with the Law on Public Roads;   

- Issuance of traffic-technical conditions and agreement on modification of traffic surfaces of service facilities on the public road;
- Issuance of traffic-technical conditions and agreement on organization of sport or other manifestations on the public road;
- Issuance of traffic-technical conditions and approval of placement of billboards, panels, picture or sound announcement devices or advertizing on or beside the public road.


Division for Special Transport

According to article 54 of the Law on Roads the special transport is considered to be a transport with a vehicle which alone or with load exceeds axle load, total mass, width, length and height permitted by regulations within the Law on Roads applicable from June 06th, 2018.

Sportske i druge manifestacije

Na osnovu člana 14. stav 5. Zakona o javnima putevima (Sl. glasnik RS br. 101/05, 123/07, 101/11, 93/12, 104/13), Upravljaču javnog puta poverava se vršenje javnih ovlašćenja koja se odnose na izdavanje saglasnosti za održavanje sportske ili druge manifestacije na javnom putu;

Uputstvo za podnošenje zahteva

Zahtev za izdavanje saglasnosti - sa opisom, vremenom i trasom održavanja manifestacije, i obavezni prilozi:

Mišljenje i stacionaže trase manifestacije od nadležnog putnog preduzeća kojem je data teritorija poverena na održavanje.

Uplata RAT (Ukoliko zahtev ne podnosi republički ili opštinski organ ili javno preduzeće) dokaz o uplati propisane republičke administrativne takse shodno Zakonu o administrativnim taksama Republike Srbije (800,00 dinara u korist budžeta R. Srbije, na tekući račun 840-742221843-57, po modelu plaćanja 97 i sa pozivom na broj 32-022);

Billboards

BilbordPursuant to Article 14, paragraph 7 of the Law on Public Roads, authorities shall be delegated to the public road manager to issue approvals for the placement of billboards, advertising boards, and devices for visual and audio advertising or announcing on public roads and/or along it.

If the traffic and technical conditions stated by the PE “Roads of Serbia” are fulfilled, and prior to the issuance of approval for the placement of billboards, advertising boards, and devices for visual and audio advertising or announcing on public roads and/or along it, a special contract will determine and regulate the charge collection in accordance with the Decision on the amount of fees for state road usage (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 16, dated March 16th, 2009.)

Izgradnja i rekonstrukcija saobraćajnog priključka na javni put

Na osnovu člana 14. stav 1. Zakona o javnima putevima (Sl. glasnik RS br. 101/05 , 123/07, 101/11, 93/12, 104/13), Upravljaču javnog puta poverava se vršenje javnih ovlašćenja koja se odnose na izdavanje saglasnosti za izgradnju, odnosno rekonstrukciju priključka na javni put; a u skladu sa UREDBOM O LOKACIJSKIM USLOVIMA ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 35/2015).

Rešenje o odobrenju za izgradnju

Na osnovu člana 14. stav 2. i 3. Zakona o javnima putevima (Sl. glasnik RS br. 101/05, 123/07, 101/11, 93/12, 104/13), Upravljaču javnog puta poverava se vršenje javnih ovlašćenja koja se odnose na izdavanje saglasnosti za građenje, odnosno postavljanje vodovoda, kanalizacije, gasovoda i drugih sličnih objekata, železničkih pruga, kao i telekomunikacionih i elektro vodova, postrojenja i sl. na javnom putu i u zaštitnom pojasu javnog puta, a u skladu sa UREDBOM O LOKACIJSKIM USLOVIMA ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 35/2015).
