Works on the construction of the Northern bypass around Kragujevac are underway.
The expressway, 22 kilometers long is designed for speeds of up to 100 kilometers per hour and will have five interchanges and 25 bridges, overpasses and underpasses.
It is important to note that in this project, steel structures are used during the construction of the underpass, which is the first time that it is being built in this way in the Republic of Serbia. The benefits are speed and simplicity of construction as well as durability.
This project is of great importance for the city of Kragujevac, because it will solve most of the infrastructure problems, reduce traffic jams and lead to the progress of the economy.
