The example of colleague Sanja Ristić from the Sector for Toll Collection, Dimitrovgrad toll station, proves that nice gestures from toll station colleagues are not rare.
On August 31, 2024 Sanja headed to her workplace and noticed a yellow purse on lane 03, after which she took it and immediately informed the manager of the toll station about the event.
As always in such situations, the shift manager, toll operator and security officer opened the purse that was found in front of the video surveillance cameras and found seven passports of foreign citizens, two bracelets and a ring in it. The manager immediately informed the competent authorities of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia and the purse was handed over to the officers on duty at the Dimitrovgrad police station.
This is not a unique case, but one of many situations that happen almost every day at toll stations in the Republic of Serbia.
