23.06.2025.Radovi na državnom putu I B reda broj 23, Stopanja - Trstenik- 24.06.2025. godine, tokom svetlog dela dana, vršiće se istražni radovi i prikupljanje podataka na državnom putu I B reda broj 23, na deonici Stopanja - Trstenik (od km 37+950 do km 38+050).
Tokom izvođenja radova, saobraćaj će se odvijati naizmeničnim propuštanjem vozila.

- Od 23.06. od 11 časova, do 26.06.2025. godine, izvodiće se radovi na rehabilitaciji državnog puta I A reda broj 3, na deonici Šimanovci – Dobanovci, u smeru ka Beogradu.
U zoni radova, saobraćaj će se odvijati na sledeći način:
- U smeru ka Beogradu, na km 90+000 vozila se usmeravaju u preticajnu saobraćajnu traku desne strane kolovoza, dok se za saobraćaj se zatvara vozna i zaustavna saobraćajna traka.
- U smeru ka Šidu, vozila će se kretati levom kolovoznom trakom normalnim režimom saobraćaja.
Radovi će biti obeleženi adekvatnom saobraćajnom signalizacijom i opremom. - 23.06.2025.Radovi na državnom putu I A reda broj 3, Ruma - Pećinci
- 24.06. i 25.06.2025. godine, u toku svetlog dela dana, izvodiće se radovi redovnog održavanja - na merenju defleksije i kernovanju, na državnom putu I A reda broj 3, deonica Ruma - Pećinci (od km 57+318 do km 69+595), u smeru ka Šidu.

- Until 31st July 2025, rehabilitation works are carried out on the II B category state road no.316, Sremska Mitrovica – Jarak, on the section Intersection for Šašinci (km 6+800) – Jarak, entry to the settlement (at km 9+800), for a distance of 3 km, on the territory of the Sremska Mitrovica municipality.
The works will be executed at several locations, with vehicles driving in an alternating pattern, during the daylight, and they will be regulated manually.
During the night, traffic will move bi-directionally, with narrowed carriageway and limited driving speed.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment. - 26.06.2025. Works on I A category state road no.8, interchange Ruma
- From 23rd to 28th June 2025, during the daylight, routine maintenance works are carried out (manual cleaning of road-side gutters and drainage channels) at the interchange Ruma, on the I A category state road no.8.
During the work execution, the driving lane will be closed (service road) for a distance of up to 200 m.

- From 24th to 27th June 2025, during the daylight, routine inspection of traffic signage gantries will be carried out on the I A category state road no.1, section Inđija – Velika Plana, direction Novi Sad – Niš.
During the work execution, the driving or the overtaking lane will be closed, and the traffic will be rerouted to the available traffic lane.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment.

Normalizacija saobraćaja na državnom putu I A reda broj 1, deonica petlja Markovac - petlja Velika Plana- Uklonjena je saobraćajna signalizacija na državnom putu I A reda broj 1, deonica petlja Markovac - petlja Velika Plana, u oba smera, iz zaustavne saobraćne trake, koja je bila postavljena zbog radova na sanaciji mosta na km 301+599. Saobraćaj se odvija normalno.
- 21.06.2025. Works on I А category state road no.1, Interchange Belgrade – Interchange Surčin, interchange Belgrade zone
- From 24th June 2025 at 12:00 to 27th June 2025 until 10:00, rehabilitation works will be carried out on the carriageway of the I A category state road no.1 section, Belgrade Bypass, Interchange Belgrade – Interchange Surčin, in the interchange Belgrade zone, on the access road for the bridge no.19, in the direction of Niš.
The traffic in the work zone will move as follows:
- in the direction Novi Sad – Niš, the overtaking and driving lanes are closed, while the traffic will move in the emergency lane and on a segment of the on-ramp Belgrade – Surčin/Čačak, up to the beginning of the bridge no.19, where the traffic will start moving regularly;
- in the direction Belgrade – Surčin/Čačak, traffic will merge with the traffic flow Novi Sad – Niš;
- in the direction Niš – Novi Sad, traffic will move regularly.
Alternative routes in the event of increased traffic volume:
1. Passenger vehicles and buses
- in the direction Novi Sad – Niš, at the interchange Batajnica, exit for Zemun/Galenika/interchange Zmaj and further through Belgrade;
- in the direction Novi Sad – Airport, at the interchange Batajnica, exit for Zemun/Galenika/interchange Zmaj and then to the first one on the right onto the I M category state road no.11 towards the Airport.
2. Heavy vehicles (HV), passenger vehicles (PV) and buses (BUS)
At the interchange Belgrade, to the slip road on the right, then to the right to the interchange Dobanovci, to the right exit, then left towards the interchange Belgrade. At the interchange Belgrade, left towards Niš/Čačak, and right through the tunnel, directly towards Belgrade or the Airport.
We ask traffic participants to obey the traffic signage and adapt their speed to the road conditions. - Works on I А category state road no.3, Šimanovci - Kuzmin
- From 23rd to 28th June 2025, during the daylight, routine maintenance works will be carried out (mowing of grass on the median strip) on the I A category state road no.3, section Šimanovci – Kuzmin, direction Belgrade – Šid.
During the work execution, the overtaking lane will be closed to traffic for a distance of up to 1,000 meters.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment. - 21.06.2025 Traffic regime modification on I B category state road no.21, section Kosjerić (Varda) - Požega
- Until 31.07.2025, due to the execution of heavy maintenance works on the I B category state road no.21, section Kosjerić (Varda) – Požega, at Pantića Stena, a traffic regime modification will be in effect, with the following work schedule:
- on work days (Monday-Friday) – traffic suspension will be in effect from 09:00 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00;
- on Saturdays – traffic suspension will be in effect from 09:00 to 15:00.
Outside the stated suspension times, traffic will move in an alternating pattern.
The alternative route during the suspension is via Divčibare and Bjeloperica.
Traffic suspensions will not be performed on Sundays, but the traffic will move in an alternating pattern and be regulated by traffic lights.

We ask traffic participants to obey the provided traffic signage and adapt their speed to the road conditions. - 20.06.2025. Traffic regime modification on I A category state road no.3, Interchange Sremska Mitrovica - Interchange Ruma, overpass at interchange Sremska Mitrovica
- Rehabilitation works are carried out on the overpass on the motorway at the interchange Sremska Mitrovica, on the I A category state road no.3, section Interchange Sremska Mitrovica - Interchange Ruma.
During the work execution, a complete traffic suspension will be in effect on the overpass structure, with a temporary closure of carriageway lanes in phases on the road below the overpass - on the I A category state road no.3.
In the first phase of the work execution, the traffic on the main route of the motorway A3, below the subject overpass, will be diverted to the right side of the carriageway, using adequate signage and equipment, where it will move bi-directionally towards Belgrade.
Traffic will be suspended on a segment of the interchange Sremska Mitrovica, by disabling:
- exit of vehicles driving from Belgrade towards Sremska Mitrovica from the motorway
- as well as entry of vehicles driving from Sremska Mitrovica towards Šid onto the motorway.
Аlternative route:
- for vehicles driving from Belgrade towards Sremska Mitrovica, it is the I B category state road no.21 and the II A category state road no.120, via Ruma and Voganj,
- for vehicles driving from Sremska Mitrovica towards Šid, it is the I B category state road no.20 and the II A category state road no.120, via Laćarak, Martinci to the interchange Kuzmin.
The first phase of work execution is planned to last until 27th June 2025, weather permitting.

- 22.06.2025.Works on I А category state road no. 1, Interchange Velika Plana – Interchange Batočina
From 23rd to 25th June 2025, from 08:00 to 16:00, road marking will be carried out – marking of the left edge line, on a segment of the I A category state road no.1, section Interchange Velika Plana – Interchange Batočina (from km 300+000 tо km 314+900), in the direction of Niš.
During the work execution, the overtaking lane will be closed, and the traffic will move in the driving lane.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment.- 22.06.2025.Traffic regime modification on I А category state road no.1, on section Interchange Vladičin Han – Interchange Predejane, in tunnel Manajle
From 21st to 27th June 2025, due to the routine maintenance works – tunnel cleaning, traffic regime will be modified on the I A category state road no.1, on the section Interchange Vladičin Han – Interchange Predejane, in the tunnel Manajle.
During the work execution, the left tube of the tunnel Manajle, direction Vranje – Niš, will be closed to traffic. The traffic will be rerouted to the opposite side of the carriageway, to the right tunnel tube, at the emergency opening at km 514+560 and it will move bi-directionally up to the emergency opening at km 511+150, where it will be rerouted back to its regular flow.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment.- 19.06.2025 Works on I А category state road no.1, Interchange Batočina – Interchange Jagodina
- From 23rd June 2025 at 07:00 to 26th June 2025 until 19:00, mechanical overlaying of shorter sections will be carried out on the I A category state road no.1, section Interchange Batočina – Interchange Jagodina (from km 317+000 tо km 318+880 ) in the direction of Belgrade.
During the work execution, traffic will move in the overtaking lane, while the driving and emergency lanes will be closed to traffic.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment. - 18.06.2025 Works on I А category state road no.3, Ruma - Šimanovci
- From 20th to 30th June 2025, during the daylight, routine maintenance works will be carried out – mowing of grass on the median strip and in the road reserve, on the I A category state road no.3, section Ruma – Šimanovci, in both directions.
The overtaking or the emergency lane in the work zone will be closed to traffic for a distance of up to 1000 meters.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment. - 19.06.2025. Works on I А category state road no.1, frontal toll station Subotica
- On 23rd and 24th June 2025, from 08:00 to 16:00, installation of flashing warning lights will be carried out on the I A category state road no.1, in front of the frontal toll station Subotica, in both directions.
The works are carried out partially, in two segments, and the emergency lane will be closed in the work zone, while the traffic will move in the driving and overtaking lanes. Then, the overtaking lane will be closed, with traffic moving in the driving and emergency lanes.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment. - 18.06.2025. Works on I М category state road no.6, Interchange Kovilovo – Belgrade (Printing House)
- From 19th to 24th June 2025, from 07:00 to 15:00, marking of horizontal signage will be carried out on a segment of the I M category state road no.6, Interchange Kovilovo – Belgrade (Printing House), in both directions.
The works will be carried out with minimal interruption of vehicles in the traffic flow.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment. - 17.06.2025.Radovi na državnom putu I M reda broj 6, deonica Beograd (štamparija) - petlja Kovilovo
- Od 18.06. do 02.07.2025. godine, izvodiće se radovi na rehabilitaciji kolovoza na delu državnog puta I M reda broj 6, na deonici Beograd (štamparija) - petlja Kovilovo, pre raskrsnice Borča-Ovča, u smeru ka Kovilovu.
U zoni radova, u dužini od 220 metara, saobraćaj će se odvijati slobodnom saobraćajnom trakom.
Radovi će biti obezbeđeni adekvatnom saobraćajnom signalizacijom i opremom. - 17.06.2025.Radovi na državnom putu I A reda broj 1, deonica petlja Novi Sad jug – petlja Novi Sad istok
Od 18.06.2025. do 07.07.2025. godine, izvodiće se radovi na rehabilitaciji kolovoza na državnom putu I A reda broj 1, na deonici petlja Novi Sad jug – petlja Novi Sad istok, u smeru Beograd - Subotica, od km 117+867 do km 114+388 (od isključenja za Novi Sad iz pravca Beograda).
Radovi će se izvoditi u dve faze, sledećom dinamikom:
U fazi 1: saobraćaj biti preusmeren na službene prolaze i odvijaće se dvosmerno kolovoznom trakom smera Subotica - Beograd, u dužini od 4,5 km, uz omogućeno isključenje za Novi Sad na naplatnoj stanici Novi Sad Jug.
U fazi 2: saobraćaj će se odvijati voznom i preticajnom trakom u smeru Beograd - Subotica, dok će se radovi izvoditi u zaustavnoj saobraćajnoj traci, u dužini od 400 metara, i biće omogućeno isključenje za Novi Sad iz vozne trake.
Tokom izvođenja radova u svakoj od faza, biće omogućeno isključenje sa auto-puta za Novi Sad.

- From 16th June 2025 at 18:00 to 3rd July 2025 at 16:00, rehabilitation works will be carried out on the right side of the carriageway on the segment of the I A category state road no.1, section Interchange Vrčin – Interchange Mali Požarevac (FTS Belgrade/Vrčin – pass Begaljica), Niš direction.
During the work execution, the traffic regime will be as follows:

The driving and the emergency (slow) lane will be closed. Traffic will move in the overtaking lane of the opposite direction and in the overtaking lane in the driving direction.
- direction: Niš – Belgrade:
Bi-directional traffic. The overtaking lane will be closed and it is intended for the traffic in the opposite direction. Traffic will move in the driving and emergency lanes.

11.06.2025.Traffic suspension on segment of I B category state road no.39, in Leskovac - From 13th to 29th June 2025, from 18:00 to 24:00, due to the organization of the event “Leskovac Summer Festival 2025”, a traffic suspension will be in effect on a segment of the I B category state road no.39, in Leskovac, in Bulevar Oslobođenja street, from the intersection with Koste Stamenkovića and Vojvode Mišića streets to the intersection with Nikole Skobaljića and Cara Lazara streets.
During the event, traffic will move on local roads, in compliance with the provided temporary traffic signage.

- Heavy maintenance works are in progress on the I A category state road no.1, section Interchange Brestovac – Interchange Doljevac (from km 457+272 tо km 451+250).
During the work execution, the traffic from the left side of the carriageway, direction Leskovac – Niš, is rerouted to the overtaking lane on the right side of the carriageway, while the traffic in the direction Niš – Leskovac moves in the driving lane.
During the work execution, both interchange Brestovac and interchange Doljevac will be operational.

- Temporary traffic signage has been installed on a segment of the I A category state road no.1, at the exit for Kruševac from the direction of Niš, due to the repair of the protective barrier.
The installed temporary traffic signage warns of the speed limit of 40 km/h in the work zone at the narrowing of the slip road from the I A category state road no.1, direction Niš-Belgrade towards Kruševac.
We ask traffic participants to adapt their speed to the road conditions. - 06.06.2025 Works on II B category state road no.147, Beljina - Slatina
- From 9th June to 8th September 2025, remedial works will be carried out on the landslide on the II B category state road no.147, section Beljina – Slatina (from km 16+480 to km 16+750 ) Barajevo municipality.
During the work execution, traffic will move in an alternating pattern, regulated by traffic lights.
The works will be provided with adequate traffic signage and equipment. - 03.06.2025.Traffic regime modification on I B category state road no.22, interchange Adrani zone
- A traffic regime modification is in effect on a segment of the I B category state road no.22, interchange Adrani zone (at km 79), due to the construction of a roundabout at the interchange Adrani.
The traffic is rerouted to the newly-constructed segment of the roundabout using a deviation and it moves in an alternating pattern, with a speed limit of 40 km/h. Besides the traffic lights, the traffic is also regulated by flaggers for 24h.

- Dana 02.06.2025.g, stupa na snagu izmena FAZE 1 režima saobraćaja na državnom putu IB reda broj 14, na deonici Smederevo – Kovin, Kovinski most.
Produžava se deo zone u kojoj se izvode radovi u okviru FAZE 1. Umesto dosadašnjeg prekida saobraćaja od 360m prekid će iznositi 406m u desnoj kolovoznoj traci iz smera Smedereva ka Kovinu.

During the work execution, one traffic lane is closed, and traffic moves in an alternating pattern in the available traffic lane and it is regulated by construction traffic lights.

In the work zone (at the future interchange Kuzmin West), the emergency lane will be closed, with the narrowing of the carriageway and the limiting of the speed limit for a length of approximately 1300 meters.

- On 14.11.2023, as part of the construction works on the I А category state road no. 5 (Morava Corridor), a deviation under the overpass Jasika was opened at the 23rd kilometer.
The traffic from the direction of Kruševac towards Kraljevo is rerouted to the interchange West. From the direction of Pojate to Kraljevo, the traffic moves on the deviation under the overpass Jasika, after which it returns to the traffic lane towards Kraljevo.

- As part of the works on the Morava Corridor, on 31.10.2023, the overpass on Jasika Road over the I A category state road no.5 (motorway E-761) becomes operational.

- Traffic regime has been modified on the segment of the I B category state road no.23, section Kruševac (Jasika) – Koševi. The segment of the I B category state road no.23, section from Jasika roundabout (from 23 km) to the part in front of the roundabout Koševi (to km 27) is closed, and the traffic is diverted to the new lane of the motorway E-761, Morava Corridor, where it flows bi-directionally, and the directions are separated by vertical barriers.
The speed is reduced to 60 km/h, i.e., 30 km/h on the deviation, with increased caution and the overtaking ban.

- Due to works on the Moravian Corridor, a road diversion is opened from km 15 (Pojate - I A Category state road No. 5) to km 21+500 (Makrešane - I B Category state road No. 23). From the 15th km of I A Category state road No. 5, from the direction of Pojate, the traffic is diverted from the right lane to the left lane, in the direction of Kruševac, and is bi-directional, with speed limits of 60 and 40 km/h, increased caution and the overtaking ban.
The opposite directions are separated by vertical barriers, and from km 21+500, the traffic continues on I B Category state road No. 23.

- As of 05.02.2023, the traffic regime is modified on the II А category state road no. 161, section Petrovac on Mlava – Krepoljin, from km 52+000 to km 53+300, due to the damage of the traffic lane toward Krepoljin, caused by a landslide.
The traffic for passenger vehicles flows in an alternating pattern, while a traffic ban is in effect for heavy vehicles.
The alternative routes are: from the direction of Petrovac on Mlava, the II А category state road no. 147 toward Kučevo, and from the direction of Krepoljin, the II А category state road no. 186 toward Despotovac.

- As of 05.01.2022 at 10:00, traffic regime will be modified, including the installation of traffic signage for the closure of temporary railway crossing for cargo vehicles at km 19+665 of the railway Belgrade Center – Novi Sad – Subotica – State Border (Кelebija) in Batajnica.
During the day, in the periods when wagons testing the railway pass, short-term occasional traffic closures for passenger vehicles are in effect. Traffic closure is performed by the municipal police patrol.
The installation of temporary signage and traffic regime modification also refer to the I B category state road no.12, I B category state road no. 21 and the II A category state road no. 100.
The alternative route for TMV:
- via intersection of road Batajnički drum and street Kralja Milana Zetskog, to the newly-constructed junction in Batajnica,
from where traffic will be diverted towards Ugrinovci via I A category state road no. 1, further on to the Dobanovac junction and the II B category state road no. 319.
The length of the alternative road is approximately 20km.
The alternative route for vehicles not permitted to operate on motorways is:
- via settlements: Nova Pazova, Stara Pazova, Vojka,
Кrnješevci and Ugrinovci.

Bačka Palanka Bypass will no longer function as a one-way road in direction towards Bač, since the existing traffic lane in direction towards Bač, stretching from the beginning of the Bypass to exit to Bačka Palanka and temporarily serving as a parking lot for heavy-goods vehicles, and the existing lane in direction towards Novi Sad which was temporarily used for traffic running towards Bač, have now regained the original purpose.
