Works on the construction of the Northern Bypass around Kragujevac are taking place in accordance with the planned dynamics.
The expressway, with a total length of 22 kilometers, is designed for speeds of up to 100 kilometers per hour. The project envisages the construction of five interchanges and 24 facilities, of which 14 bridges, five overpasses and five underpasses.
The construction of the Northern Ring Road around Kragujevac is one of the most significant infrastructure projects in the Šumadija district. The implementation of this project will contribute to the improvement of traffic infrastructure, the relief of city traffic and the further economic development of the city of Kragujevac and the wider region.
