The Regional Centre Niš comprises two units – the Grdelica Gorge and Dimitrovgrad Traffic Operations Centres.
The Regional Centre Niš monitors and manages the Bancarevo Tunnel (IА Category State Road No. 4), the section of the IA Category State Road No. 5 – the Morava Corridor – currently between the Pojate and Vrba interchanges, as well as the section of the IA Category State Road No. 12 from the Merošina Interchange to the Merošina East Interchange.
The Dimitrovgrad Traffic Operations Centre is responsible for the section of the IА Category State Road No. 4 from the Bela Palanka Interchange (including the Sopot, Sarlah, Pržojna Padina and Progon tunnels) to the Gradina Interchange.
The Grdelica Gorge Traffic Operations Centre is responsible for the section of the IA Category State Road No. 1 from the Grdelica Interchange to the Vladičin Han Interchange (including the Predejane and Manajle tunnels).
