Smederevska Palanka is another in a series of cities that hosted the Traffic Safety Caravan, which aims to improve traffic safety and raise citizens' awareness of the importance of complying with traffic regulations.

The caravan was held on March 26, 2026. on the City Square, organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia and the Agency for Traffic Safety, with the participation of partners: "Putevi Srbije", the Automobile Association of Serbia, the Red Cross of Serbia, the Olympic Committee of Serbia and the National Driving Academy - NAVAK.
During the event, visitors had the opportunity to gain new knowledge about safe participation in traffic through educational content and practical demonstrations, as well as through direct communication with experts. Special emphasis is placed on the prevention of traffic accidents, risk recognition and the importance of responsible behavior.

As one of the business priorities of “Putevi Srbije”, traffic safety is a key segment of operations, and the Traffic Safety Caravan provides an opportunity for citizens, through direct contact and promotion of campaigns carried out by our company, to point out the importance of implementing regulations and measures that contribute to a higher level of road safety.

Special attention during the Traffic Safety Caravan is devoted to the youngest participants, through special educational programs adapted to children, with the aim of developing safe habits from an early age.
The Traffic Safety Caravan will continue its activities in other cities around the Republic of Serbia, with the aim of reducing the number of traffic accidents and improving the safety of all road users.
