PE “Roads of Serbia” informs the public that highways and all state roads of the first and second order, as well as approaches to border crossings and mountain centers, are passable for traffic.
There is snow up to 5 cm wet in some places in the territory of Požega, Užice, Valjevo.
There is a ban on tow trucks in the territory of Kruševac, Valjevo and Novi Pazar.
All available machinery and road crews are on the ground ready to react as needed.
We have sufficient quantities of salt, stone aggregate and paddy.
PE “Roads of Serbia” appeals to all participants not to set off without mandatory winter equipment, because today and tomorrow (January 6 and 7, 2026), in western and southwestern Serbia and the wider area of Belgrade, in southern Banat, Šumadija, Pomoravlje and in eastern Serbia, local occurrence of rain that will freeze to the ground is expected.
If you go on the road, be especially careful, respect the speed limits and adapt the driving to the road conditions.
