In the organization of the Association of Italian Industrialists in Serbia "Confindustria Serbia" on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the Falkensteiner Hotel in Belgrade, a conference was held: "THE FUTURE OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY: people, capital and sustainability".
The event brought together representatives of design and construction companies, representatives of the manufacturing industry, financial institutions and sectoral organizations that shape the market, who discussed the new rules of the game, practical experiences and strategic directions for the development of the sector.
Assistant Director Miodrag Poledica participated in a 1-on-1 interview in front of PE "Roads of Serbia" as a panelist and spoke about current infrastructure projects implemented by the Company and their impact on the development of local infrastructure. Speaking about the strategic development of the road infrastructure, he pointed out that PE "Roads of Serbia" is "dedicated to the development of the road network, the goal of which is to make it safe, reliable and to enable the efficient connection of both the interior of Serbia and Serbia with the entire environment."
He emphasized the impact of infrastructure modernization and the construction of new kilometers of modern roads on traffic safety, as well as on the investments that this type of construction encourages. "In addition to a quality road network, traffic safety is also a priority for us, and in this regard we plan to build thousands and thousands of kilometers in the coming period. Roads of Serbia will be a reliable partner for all construction and road companies that want to build in Serbia," said Poledica.
