PE "Roads of Serbia" is dedicated to regular maintenance and protection of the existing network of state roads of the I and II category and road facilities on it: bridges, overpasses, overflows, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Through the regular maintenance of road facilities on the network of state roads under the jurisdiction of PE "Roads of Serbia", regular inspections, monitoring and recording of changes in the condition of facilities are carried out, on the basis of which work is carried out to remove the observed damage and, according to the degree of damage to the facilities, a conclusion is drawn on further activities to remove the recorded damage.
As part of the regular maintenance of buildings, cleaning of bridges, maintenance of the traffic profile, minor repairs of concrete surfaces and protective concrete layers, concrete parapets, cornices, etc. maintenance of steel structures and metal elements, traffic signals, and others are carried out during the entire period of bridge usage.
If through inspections of road facilities damage is recorded that exceeds the scope of regular maintenance, those facilities are delegated to the work plan for periodic (investment) maintenance of facilities, i.e. rehabilitation, reconstruction or construction... read more
