The PE "Roads of Serbia" informs the public that the activities of functional testing of the automatic control system on the Pakovraće - Prilipac (Požega) highway section in the Laz and Munjino Brdo tunnels have been successfully completed, in accordance with the operational plan for handling emergencies, in the period from September 29 to October 2, 2025.
Functional tests were carried out in the presence of representatives of relevant institutions and certified bodies from the scope of competence, the responsible contractor, the project supervisory authority, professional staff on behalf of the Investor PE "Roads of Serbia" as well as representatives of the Ministry of interior – Sector for Emergency Situations and the Technical Inspection Commission.
Functional testing of the SCADA system included simulations of real emergency scenarios (traffic accident, fire, evacuation, smoke detection, activation of ventilation and signaling), which require synchronized control of all tunnel subsystems in both tubes.

The establishment of dynamic traffic flow on the Pakovraće-Prilipac (Požega) highway section is planned for October 3, 2025 at 12 noon.
