Users who, in accordance with the Law on Value Added Tax (“Official Gazette of the RS” Nos. 84/04, 86/04 - correction, 61/05, 61/07, 93/12, 108/13, 68/14 - other law, 142/14, 83/15, 108/16, 113/17, 30/18, 72/19, 153/20, 138/22, 94/24, 109/25), wish to exercise their right to a VAT refund and receive an invoice for paid toll, should submit a request for the issuance of an invoice for paid toll.
The request is downloaded from the official website of “Putevi Srbije” LLC and filled out in accordance with the Instructions on the method of submitting a request for the issuance of an invoice for paid toll.
The request, together with scanned receipts (slips), is submitted in electronic form to the e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and by mail (printed request and photocopied receipts) to the address: “Putevi Srbije” LLC Belgrade, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 282.
Requests are submitted in the current month for the previous month, and if the user is unable to submit the stated request with attachments within that period, they may do so subsequently.
