Listing of Passages

Users of Electronic Toll Collection may obtain vehicle passage listings for vehicles equipped with an ETC device.

The listing contains data for the previous month, and if a user wishes to obtain listings for multiple months, a separate request must be submitted for each month. Processed requests are delivered electronically to users from the 10th day of the month for the preceding month.  

Users of the electronic toll collection system may obtain passage listings for the current year and for 2025.

Instructions for Completing the Request:

  1. The user must use only the Excel file published on the official website of “Roads of Serbia Ltd.” Belgrade, without any changes to the format or data types.
  2. The serial number of the ETC device is located on the device itself and consists of eleven digits. For older-generation devices, the last eleven digits are entered, during which the first digit (which is always zero) is automatically removed, leaving ten digits entered.
  3. The passage listing request also contains a column for entering the ETC device ID number specified in the Contract, which consists of nine digits. The user may choose which number will be used for the listing request.
  4. The e-mail address must be entered by typing the letters and symbols and not by copying the link. Each user is required to submit a registration of the e-mail address to which “Roads of Serbia Ltd.” Belgrade will deliver passage listings for vehicles equipped with an ETC device in the prepaid system.

The application is submitted by completing the form, which may be delivered by post to the address 5, Ljube Čupe St., Belgrade, with the note “listing application”, or by sending a scanned copy electronically to the e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots.   1. When completing the time period for which the listing is requested, the end date of the period should be entered as the first day of the following month, e.g.: for the period 01.01.2020 - 31.01.2020, the dates should be entered as 01.01.2020 - 01.02.2020, noting that no dot is used after the year.
  2. In a correctly completed request, the fields in which the ETC device serial number and the requested period for the listing are entered must be right-aligned.
