On May 6, 2022, at the premises of the PE Roads of Serbia, the ceremonial awarding of the Certificate for Road Traffic Safety Management Systems adhering to the requirements of ISO 39001:2012 standard was held. This confirmed that this system has been set up in our Enterprise following the highest standards that were corroborated by the previous inspection performed by the certification body PCC Cert Balkan from Belgrade.
Ms. Ljerka Ibrović, the Manager of the Department of Public Relations, who spoke in the name of the Acting Director, Mr. Zoran Drobnjak, welcomed the gathering. After that, straight from London, online, Mr. Derran Williams, the Senior Health and Safety Advisor at the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), addressed the audience.
Talk on how certification is important for the PE Roads of Serbia, and about its implementation in the Enterprise, was delivered by Mr. Miodrag Poledica, the Executive Director of the Sector for Strategy, Designing and Development. He also pointed out that there are only a few institutions in our country that possess the Certificate ISO 39001:2012.
In addition to the abovementioned persons, Mr. Dragan Kostadinov, the Regional Manager of the IRD Engineering, and Ms. Nada Stanojević, Ph.D., the General Director of the Institute for Research and Design in Industry also talked at the ceremonial awarding of the Certificate to the PE Roads of Serbia.
Mr. Miodrag Poledica, the Executive Director of the Sector for Strategy, Designing and Development received the Certificate on behalf of the PE Roads of Serbia from Mr. Miloš Vasić, the General Director of the certification body PCC Cert Balkan.
