PE "Roads of Serbia" appeals to traffic participants to be especially careful while driving and to adjust the speed to the conditions on the road, because, according to the warning of the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute, on Monday, January 10, 2022. year, in Timok Krajina and Banat, rain is expected which will freeze on the ground.
Also, according to the warning, on Monday, January 10, 2022. year, in the area of western, southwestern and central Serbia, snow is expected, with a further increase in the height of the snow cover by 10 to 30 cm, locally and more.
Road teams are on the field and are ready to react as needed.
We appeal to traffic participants to use winter tires, not to go on the road without winter equipment and chains, to respect speed limits and to adjust the speed to winter conditions on the road.
