The works on the Belgrade Bypass, in Sectors 5 and 6 are proceeding on schedule and respecting the contracted deadlines.
On Sector 5, stretching from the interchange Orlovača to the exit from the tunnel Straževica, works on the waterproofing of bridges 15 and 14 are currently in progress, after which the first layers of asphalt are placed, weather permitting. The primary and the secondary cladding have been completed as well as the water running-off, works on the drainage system are now in progress, after which the works on the tunnel pavement are commencing.
Works are also intensive on the Sector 6 as well, from the tunnel Straževica to the interchange Bubanj Potok. Piles are driven on the interchange Avala, works on the bridge over the railway have been largely completed, as well as most of the works in the tunnel Beli Potok.
