The works on one of the most important infrastructural projects, construction of the motorway E-763, “Miloš Veliki”, section from Preljina to Pakovraće, are in full swing, and are running as planned, in spite of adverse weather conditions.
On the section from Preljina to Požega, the works are carried out in full motorway profile, together with associated facilities, interchanges, tunnels and bridges, in the length of 30.96 km. This road route follows up to the segment of the motorway Е-763 through the Republic of Sebia - “Miloš Veliki”, which is operational from Surčin to Preljina.
Topographic and geomorphological conditions have imposed the necessity for designing and constructing three tunnels in total, 35 bridges of a total length of 5196 m, 4 overpasses of a total length of 592 m, as well as construction of 1,912,000 m3 of embankments and two complete interchanges which will contribute to relief of the existing Čačak Bypass.
The motorway “Miloš Veliki” will be connected with the future motorway E-761 and the section Pojate -Preljina at the interchange Preljina, and thus also connected with the motorway E-75. Motorways to Montenegro and Kotroman at border with Bosnia and Herzegovina will be branching off from the motorway “Miloš Veliki” at Požega.
