The section of the motorway Kuzmin – Sremska Rača, with a total length of approximately 18 km, represents a part of the construction project for the motorway Е-761, Belgrade – Sarajevo, while the bridge over the river Sava makes an immediate connection between the two countries using a full motorway profile.
The beginning of the motorway segment route is in the vicinity of the existing grade-separated intersection Kuzmin and extends in the direction North–South along the settlements of Kuzmin and Bosut to Sremska Rača, where it ends with a bridge over the river Sava.
The bridge consists of concrete access structures on the left and the right bank and a steel structure bridging the Sava riverbed.
The total bridge length is 1321m (left structure), i.e., 1312 m (right structure).
New footage of the work progress on the section and the bridge is on the following link: 09.01.23. Construction of the Sremska Rača - Kuzmin highway
