PE "Roads of Serbia" appeals to road users to be especially careful when driving and to adjust their speed to road conditions, because, according to the warning of the Republic Hydro-meteorological Service, during the night between Thursday and Friday, 02/03. 11. 2023, as well as on Friday during the day, on 03.10.2023, strong south and south-west winds will blow, and in the Košava area, strong south-east winds with gusts of storm force.
The strongest gusts of wind are expected in the south of Banat, in the lower Danube region, as well as in the mountains (locally more than 100 km/h), while gusts of wind will reach 60 - 70 km/h in Belgrade. Winds will weaken on Friday at the end of the day.
According to the warning, showers and thunderstorms are expected on Friday, November 3, 2023. in the afternoon and evening, they can be intense for a short time with strong and stormy winds (10-20 mm).
There will be more precipitation on Saturday, 04.11.2023. year, in the south and east of Serbia (from 20 to 50 mm, and locally even more).
Drivers are advised to drive carefully, respect speed limits, and adjust speed to road conditions.
